Frequently Asked Questions

Finance

How do I organise finance?
Once you’ve found the car you want on the Autotrader website, simply fill in a finance quote. If the numbers work for you, progress that quote into an i-finance online application and hit apply now.
How long does it take to be approved?
Less than 30 minutes during normal trading hours (Monday to Friday 6.30am to 10.30pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5pm).
What do I do once my loan is approved?
Take your pre-approval voucher (which has a pre-approved number on it) to the dealer where you’ve seen the car you want. They will print out the final forms and ask you to sign the paper work and it’s all done. You can drive your new car away then and there.
Can I change the amount of my loan after it is approved?
Yes, however you will need to resubmit your application for approval. This can be done either by yourself or by an i-finance dealer.
Can I get approval before I’ve found the car that I want?
Yes, some people like to know they have pre-approval before they go shopping for a car. Just follow the application process, print out the pre-approval voucher and take it to the dealership with you.
Do you offer loan insurance?

What interest rates do you charge?
